Respecting Hydrology Science: 2010

Hello,

During 18 years Jaycee Dugard was raped even her sex offender was being supervised by Government Officials. Also, during 12 years Bernie Maddoff under SEC supervision ripped around 60 billion dollars in the largest Ponzy scheme deceiving many honest people trusting the public system.

USPTO has been neglecting Hydrology science for a century and already confirmed that in about 6,000 Patent Examiners none of them is a Hydrologist. Inventors, Patent Attorneys, and Examiners handling fluidic devices in the patenting affairs are lay people ignoring common knowledge in the scientific literature.

I am curious about the future of Ecolab when its Patent Attorney Andrew D. Sorensen which is also President of MIPLA (Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association) wants to pursue a flawed patent disrespecting issued claims trying to ignore advanced Science of Hydrology and Law Patents. He is pretending to be smart like Bernie.

Ecolab may be in the same fashion having some rotten apples stepping over SCIENCE and the LAW. I am suggesting Mr. Obama to fix such dilemma in the roots now and for good creating a Law to let only Hydrologists handle Hydrology.

Some rotten apples caused this world economic meltdown taking advantages of government negligence handling the economy. Around 40 trillion dollars disappeared erasing millions of jobs also harming values of properties since the economy missed capital support. I have a doubt if this crisis will ever recover since the trust to Americans was broken because of the size of the damage associated to a shameful disregard handling public affairs. A trillion dollars of stimulus is scant to cover the size of the gap created by capital burning that disappeared on a Stock Exchange that is indeed an official gambling that let greed/fears mars simple laws of offer/demand. Investment = Investment + profit

This economic meltdown could have being avoided if government leadership were not failing consistently like happened also to Jaycee Dugard and Bernie Madoff. Ecolab may need to purge rotten apples that were not supposed to be there harming reputation. Some citizens have not learned yet about HONESTY, and respect to SCIENCE and the LAW, and even sometimes they can go far like Mr. Madoff until reality sets in.

It seems that Mr. Sorensen is not aware that inventions cannot be reinvented and lay people flying a kite will never develop airplanes by skirting aerodynamics. It seems that Mr. Sorensen broke the Laws of Disclosure in the Patenting System (§ 1.56 Duty to disclose information material to patentability).

I am really curious why the President of MIPLA wants to step over a ‘scientific discovery’ in Hydrodynamics with lazy flawed patents by lay people that did not study Hydrology, even ignoring the Laws on disclosure. Perhaps he is just an ignorant Lawyer thinking that Lawyers can handle Laws of Nature.

I want to know how much Ecolab is supporting it because I would never license the IP rights of my ‘scientific discovery’ to dishonest people as Nature is so coherent and fair.
